Up for sale is a 1000 Portuguese escudos banknote dated 1980. The obverse bears a portrait of Emperor Dom Pedro V who reigned from 1853 until his death on November 11, 1861. The reverse displays an image of the opening of the first railway in Portugal on October 28, 1856. Please view photos and feel free to ask questions. We are open to offers.
